STORE POLICIES

All orders are shipped within 24 hours of cleared payment. Our shipping carrier is USPS. Orders placed over the weekend and on a holiday will go out on the next business day. If you are uncertain about an item, please contact us prior to making an online purchase. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirming your order and then another email notifying you that your order was shipped together with your shipping information.

RETURNS

To process your return, we must be notified by email regarding any returns within fourteen(14) days of receipt of order. We want you to be happy with your purchase(s), but will gladly accept a return of any item(s) you do not wish to keep. Item(s) must be in it's original condition for a prompt refund (less shipping and handling charges). We will authorize the return and provide you with a "return merchandise approval code." All returns must have this authorization and approval code. Please include a copy of your invoice with your telephone number, name and address as well as a contact telephone number and/or email address.
