Incorporate this rag, rustic, primitive burlap garland/banner into your event or space. Add a romantic atmosphere to your home. Made from burlap and a combination of other fabrics. Can be used as garland or valance/curtain. The garland/banner is made up of a 55” wide and 3” in length band at the top together with tattered tassels/rags hanging strings about 15” long. Each tassel is cut and knotted by hand giving you an intentional frayed look.There are five(5) burlap flowers along the top and comes with two(2) jute strings for hanging.
